Monday thru Friday 10am – 6pm

Saturday Closed except on event days 10am – ½ hour after the start of the event

Sunday Closed except on event days open 3 hours prior – ½ hour after the start of the event

Ticket Purchases

The Box Office accepts Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, DiscoverCard, and Citizens Business Bank Arena Gift Cards for ticket purchases. A valid photo ID is required for all credit card transactions. The Box Office only sells tickets in person. Axs.com handles all phone and internet orders.  axs.com or 1.888.929.7849

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Box Office. Tickets may be picked up beginning two hours prior to the event. The person whose name is on the account, must be present and show their photo ID and credit card used to make the purchase to pick up tickets. The Box Office cannot release tickets to anyone whose name does not appear on the account, and cannot make name changes over the telephone.
