We at Citizens Business Bank Arena strive to provide excellent service to all of our guests, including those with disabilities and special needs. CBBA recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates. CBBA provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.
- Accessible / Disabled Tickets
Accessible / Disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible and disabled seating are available through AXS and the CBBA Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.
- Wheelchair and Accessible Seating Policy
Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible needs and their companion(s). Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.
We are committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first come, first serve basis and will depend on ticket availability.
- Disabled Parking
Designated parking is available in all of our parking lots. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.
- Pick Up / Drop Off Area
The drop off / pick up area is located at the Northeast entrance on Ontario Center Parkway.
All entrances at the arena are equipped with a ramp, as well as stairs, for guest convenience.
- Wheelchair Escorts
We provide complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Wheelchair escorts are available once inside the arena, from any entrance, to your seat. Once inside the arena, all you have to do is tell one of the Guest Service Representatives at the entrance you would like a wheelchair escort. The wheelchair cannot be kept for the duration of the event. This service cannot be reserved in advance and is on a first come first serve basis.
- Wheelchair / Walker Storage
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we will store your wheelchair at our Guest Service Center. Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed to be stored at the seating section. A designated member of your party will be in charge of checking the wheelchair in and out.
- Sign Language Interpreters
We are pleased to offer signed performance for our hearing impaired guests. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event by contacting the Guest Services Department at 909.244.5500.
- Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)
We are pleased to provide assisted listening devices free of charge. ALD’s are available for check out at the Guest Service Center. Guests will be required to leave valid identification, such as a driver’s license, as collateral. These devices are available for all hockey games and events where the house sound system is used.
- Closed Captioning
We have teamed up with Caption Colorado to provide convenient and easy access to all in arena and emergency announcements made on the Public Address System. This mobile based system allows any guest with an iPhone or Droid to view real time Public Address announcements broadcasted in the arena on their phone. This service is intended for the deaf and hard of hearing community, but will be available to all guests.
There are a limited number of Droid phones available for guests to check-out at select events. This service must be requested in advance. If you require this service, please contact the Guest Services Department at 909.244.5500 (preferably two weeks prior to the event to allow for adequate preparation).
- Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in the arena as long as they remain harnessed at all times and rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability. All service animals must stay in ticketed areas and may not block any aisle, hallway, etc.
All restroom facilities at the arena are accessible. In addition, we have family/unisex restrooms which are convenient for disabled guests with opposite gender aides/companions.
- Electrical Outlets
Each row of accessible seating has at least one electrical outlet box and is available for any guest wanting to recharge wheelchairs or any other medical equipment.
