Seating is available on all levels. For seating accommodations, please contact the Citizens Business Bank Arena box office (909) 244-5600 or Ticketmaster for details. Accessible seating is available in the last row of the following sections: 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 108, 112, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 120, 121, 122; 201, 202, 203, 204 and 205. We can identify areas for hearing impaired as needed.

Guest Services office provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any entry point or guests may make advance arrangements by contacting Guest Services at 909-244-5500.

Assisted listening devices are available for loan at the Guest Services locations. In addition, sign language interpretation services are available for certain events with no less than two weeks advance notice to event day to the Guest Services department at 909-244-5500. If less than two weeks prior to event the building will make best efforts to secure an interpreter. If your group requires several assisted listening devices please call 909-244-5500 (at least two weeks prior to event day) to alert the Guest Services Staff.

Citizens Business Bank Arena provides accommodated seating for guests with visual impairments. Please visit Guest Services for brochures in large print. Service animals are accommodated in the facility. Service animals should display proper credentials and remain on a leash or harness at all times.
