Parking Map

The arena has over 3,500 parking spaces on property, including parking for guests with disabilities. Please call the venue for specific parking availability and information. The venue is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft to any vehicles parked on site at any time.

Parking Fees

  • Parking prices vary according to the event, please check the show information page for details. For more information please call (909) 244-5600.
  • The parking attendants accept only cash, rates may vary depending on event/show.

Ontario Reign Game Day Parking

  • People purchasing parking at game time will be directed to the Main Gate. The cost is $5 (Cash Only) for Ontario Reign Games.
  • Season Parking Pass parking for Suite Holders, Club Seat Holders, Full Season and Partial Season Plan Holders will enter throught Gates A and D. Be prepared to show your parking pass to the Parking Staff at the intersections of Concours and Ontario Center Parkway. If you do not have your parking pass on you then you will have to pay (NO exceptions). View Parking Guide for entrance locations.

Tailgating and Related Activity

Tailgating, trailer homes, motor coaches, overnight parking and related activity is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must park within the dimensions of a designated parking space.  All vehicles must exit the parking lots within one hour of the conclusion of the event or they will be towed at the expense of the owner.

Where can I park?

 There are over 3,500 parking spaces located adjacent to the Citizens Business Bank Arena.

What time do parking lots open?

Parking lots open at 2 hours prior to event start time on the day of the event depending on the event. (Subject to change) Lots will close one hour following the end of the event.

How do I get to the Arena?

 Following are general directions to the arena. Citizens Business Bank Arena is located at 4000 E Ontario Center Parkway, Ontario, CA 91764, and is at the corner of East Concours and Ferrari Ave.

Coming from the West - Start point: I-10 heading East
  • Take I-10/San Bernardino Freeway East towards San Bernardino.
  • Take the HAVEN AVENUE exit (ramp is on the right-hand side)
  • Turn LEFT onto NORTH HAVEN AVENUE
    Travel about a half mile NORTH on NORTH HAVEN AVENUE
  • Turn RIGHT onto CONCOURS STREET, The building and its parking lots will be located about a half mile up on the LEFT
Coming from the East - Start point: I-10 heading West
  • Take I-10/San Bernardino Freeway West towards Los Angeles.
  • Take the MILLIKEN AVENUE exit (ramp is on the right-hand side)
  • At the end of the exit ramp, Turn LEFT onto MILLIKEN AVENUE.
  • Travel less than a half mile NORTH on MILLIKEN AVENUE.
  • Turn LEFT onto CONCOURS STREET, The building and its parking lots will be located about a half mile up on the RIGHT
Coming from the North - Start point: I-15 heading South
  • Take I-15/Ontario Freeway South towards Ontario.
  • Take the FOURTH STREET exit (ramp is on the right-hand side)
  • Turn RIGHT onto FOURTH STREET
  • Travel about a half mile WEST on FOURTH STREET
  • Turn LEFT onto MILLIKEN AVENUE
  • Turn RIGHT onto CONCOURS STEET
  • The building and its parking lots will be located about a half mile up on the RIGHT
Coming from the South - Start point: I-15 heading North
  • Take I-15/Ontario Freeway North towards Barstow
    Exit on the RIGHT SIDE ramp to I-10 San Bernardino Freeway WEST
  • Take I-10/San Bernardino Freeway West towards Los Angeles.
  • Take the MILLIKEN AVENUE exit (ramp is on the right-hand side).
  • At the end of the exit ramp, Turn LEFT onto MILLIKEN AVENUE.
  • Travel less than a half mile NORTH on MILLIKEN AVENUE.
  • Turn LEFT onto CONCOURS STREET, The building and its parking lots will be located about a half mile up on the RIGHT

 

Pick up / Drop-Off Zone for Parents

A drop-off/pick-up area for parents is located outside the Main Entrance which is located on the Southeast side of the arena.

Pick up / Drop-Off Zone for Guests with Special Needs

A drop-off/pick-up area for guests with special needs is located outside the Main Entrance which is located on the Southeast side of the arena.

I have a disabled parking permit, where do I park?

There are disabled parking spaces in each parking lot.

I am arriving by limo, where can I be dropped-off/picked-up?

For guests arriving by limousine, a drop-off/pick-up area is located outside the Northeast Entrance which is located at the Northeast side of the arena off Ontario Center Parkway.

 

Limousine parking is located at the Northeast Entrance of the arena off Ontario Center Parkway. Limos should access this parking area via Milliken Ave to E. Concours to Ontario Center Parkway by following the directional signage. 

I am arriving by Taxi, where can I be dropped-off/picked-up?

For guests arriving by Taxi, a drop-off/pick-up area is located outside the Main Entrance which is located on the Southeast side of the arena.

Taxi Service

Taxi service is located on the Northeast side of the arena on Ontario Center Parkway. Please proceed to this location after the event if you need a taxi.

If you have a VIP Parking Pass:

For those guests who have VIP Parking Permits, please enter via the VIP Entrance Gate A located off of Ontario Center Parkway.

Can I park my RV overnight?

There is no overnight parking permitted at any parking lots. Please contact local RV parks for additional information and availability.

How much does it cost to park a motorcycle?

 Motorcycle parking is available and is the same price as regular vehicles

Can I park in the neighborhood?

Parking in the neighborhoods is restricted to residents and their guests. Please do not park in the adjoining business parking lots.

Do you have any general traffic tips?
  •  Arrive early and follow the direction of traffic officers.
  • E. Concours Avenue between Ferrari Avenue and Mercedes Avenue carries traffic outbound only following the game.
  • Follow all traffic signs. In some cases there are multiple turn lanes (dual rights or dual lefts) that will allow traffic to load and unload parking lots faster.
  • Vehicles may be subject to search. Please plan accordingly.
