Where can I park?

 There are over 3,500 parking spaces located adjacent to the Toyota Arena.
 

What time do parking lots open?

Parking lots open at 2 hours prior to event start time on the day of the event depending on the event. (Subject to change) Lots will close one hour following the end of the event.
 

How do I get to the Arena?

Toyota Arena is located at 4000 E Ontario Center Parkway, Ontario, CA 91764.  It is located north of Interstate 10 between Haven and Milliken Avenues in Ontario, California.  
 

Coming from the West - Start point: I-10 heading East

  • Take I-10/San Bernardino Freeway East towards San Bernardino.
  • Take the HAVEN AVENUE exit (ramp is on the right-hand side)
  • Turn LEFT onto NORTH HAVEN AVENUE
  • Travel about a half mile NORTH on NORTH HAVEN AVENUE
  • Turn RIGHT onto CONCOURS STREET, The building and its parking lots will be located about a half mile up on the LEFT

Coming from the East - Start point: I-10 heading West

  • Take I-10/San Bernardino Freeway West towards Los Angeles.
  • Take the MILLIKEN AVENUE exit (ramp is on the right-hand side)
  • At the end of the exit ramp, Turn LEFT onto MILLIKEN AVENUE.
  • Travel less than a half mile NORTH on MILLIKEN AVENUE.
  • Turn LEFT onto CONCOURS STREET, The building and its parking lots will be located about a half mile up on the RIGHT

Coming from the North - Start point: I-15 heading South

  • Take I-15/Ontario Freeway South towards Ontario.
  • Take the FOURTH STREET exit (ramp is on the right-hand side)
  • Turn RIGHT onto FOURTH STREET
  • Travel about a half mile WEST on FOURTH STREET
  • Turn LEFT onto MILLIKEN AVENUE
  • Turn RIGHT onto CONCOURS STEET
  • The building and its parking lots will be located about a half mile up on the RIGHT

Coming from the South - Start point: I-15 heading North

  • Take I-15/Ontario Freeway North towards Barstow
  • Exit on the RIGHT SIDE ramp to I-10 San Bernardino Freeway WEST
  • Take I-10/San Bernardino Freeway West towards Los Angeles.
  • Take the MILLIKEN AVENUE exit (ramp is on the right-hand side).
  • At the end of the exit ramp, Turn LEFT onto MILLIKEN AVENUE.
  • Travel less than a half mile NORTH on MILLIKEN AVENUE.

A drop-off/pick-up area for parents is located outside the Main Entrance which is located on the Southeast side of the arena.

I have a disabled parking permit, where do I park?

There are disabled parking spaces in each parking lot.
 

I am arriving by limo, where can I be dropped-off/picked-up?

For guests arriving by limousine, a drop-off/pick-up area is located outside the Northeast Entrance which is located at the Northeast side of the arena off Ontario Center Parkway.

Limousine parking is located at the Northeast Entrance of the arena off Ontario Center Parkway. Limos should access this parking area via Milliken Ave to E. Concours to Ontario Center Parkway by following the directional signage. 

I am arriving by Taxi, Uber, Lyft etc. where can I be dropped-off/picked-up?

For guests arriving by Taxi, Uber, Lyft or other rideshare services, the drop-off/pick-up area is located on the Northside of the Arena and should be accessed by Via Asti, off of Fourth Street.

Taxi Service

Taxi service is located on the Northeast side of the arena on Ontario Center Parkway. Please proceed to this location after the event if you need a taxi.
 

If you have a VIP Parking Pass

For those guests who have VIP Parking Permits, please enter via the VIP Entrance Gate F located off of Ontario Center Parkway.
 

Can I park my RV overnight?

There is no overnight parking permitted at any parking lots. Please contact local RV parks for additional information and availability.
 

How much does it cost to park a motorcycle?

 Motorcycle parking is available and is the same price as regular vehicles
 

Can I park in the neighborhood?

Parking in the neighborhoods is restricted to residents and their guests. Please do not park in the adjoining business parking lots.
 

Where can I tailgate?

Tailgating, trailer homes, motor coaches, overnight parking and related activity is strictly prohibited. Each vehicle must park within the dimensions of a designated parking space. All vehicles must exit the parking lots within one hour of the conclusion of the event or they will be towed at the expense of the owner.
 

Do you have any general traffic tips?

  •  Arrive early and follow the direction of staff.
  • E. Concours Avenue between Ferrari Avenue and Mercedes Avenue carries traffic outbound only following the event.
  • Follow all traffic signs. In some cases there are multiple turn lanes (dual rights or dual lefts) that will allow traffic to load and unload parking lots faster.
  • Vehicles may be subject to search. Please plan accordingly.
